Yes, CTO means Cease Trade order and it only applies to share holders in BC (British Columbia) Canada, but all other jurisdictions, US OTC, all other Canadian provinces, and Europe can trade MVTG with no problem. The CTO does apply to any one else. Barring acts of god, terrorists, etc, The 10-K will be filled by the SEC due date of Monday next week.
