I would think that the JV and the production facility are one in the same, but I don't know for sure it is a little tricky there.
What I am sure about is that Michael Molen is not giving $500,000 to a private company to expand their facility. That would make absolutely no sense, why, so we can sell their product? I am 99.9% sure that is not going to happen.
As always this is just my opinion. I do not have his email address or I would email him and ask him.
