IMO the plant is part of the JV with James. Meaning Vega isn't responsible for the entire $5mil. No?
Also in the cc Molen said the $1mil from ppm was for both. The JV obligation and expanding the production of Biochar.

He really needs to hire a freakin pr firm. We should not even be having this conversation at this point. A good pr guy would have had all these questions cleared up months ago and the pps would be .03-.05 right now. I'm not going anywhere! Just f
