MM's short well in advance of dilution and then cover from the millions of diluted shares. Seen this time and time again. Koos has a whole crew of mm's selling short on retail for months on end then when the dumpage comes mm's are covering all those millions of shorted shares with the newly issued diluted shares!
And another 46M until that time .... 90M shares issued ...
New share count is over 3B !!!
