I think you meant Tesla, and the answer is no, Tesla will take graphite where cost and quality is best, not just N. America.

The article says Tesla will source "from companies based in the US and Canada." ENZR is based in Canada, so I think that qualifies. Anyway I agree with Spartex, Tesla will buy from the cheapest reliable source. Crazy not to since the big goal is to reduce battery costs.
