Sharp and NEC are currently paying under a 3G license rate..The Nokia/Samsung Ericsson $360-$430 Million is only for 2G..3G will include CDMA 2000 as well as WCDMA..In the case of Nokia..CDMA is a plus 10% factor..in the case of Samsung it is a plus 50% factor..as for timing I can wait for the rest of the 30% 2G infringers and the 90% of yet to be paid up 3G ..because they will eventually pay for all previous 2002 , 2G and 3G sales . As to Timing of IDCC licensing..it is the same as my putting..it gets finished eventually.

No , but I bet those who we are paying salaries for do and will get the job done.
