#147467 RE: big_money_insiders #147464

The thing is, everything in your current post was known at the time you wrote the post below. The ONLY difference is now you are all out. When you wrote that, management was the same, we knew they would be selling more shares, the next 10Q would still have sucked, etc. BUT, we didn't get the AAFES PR when you thought we would, you lost money, and now you are out. Suddenly it is all doom and gloom again. It's just so transparent. Just what in your last post is different from when you were pumping? What? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. This was always a high risk POS hoping to have its day in the sun. Most longs here will agree that the risks here are VERY high. Don't ridicule those you claim "pump" when you yourself have been doing that on and off since you got here. Absolutely nothing different from the post you posted below and those posts from Factor, Agent, etc, that you claim are just pumping.

Just a quick update for the many PM's received today.

I am wiring more funds in today ahead of the giant move coming next week.

Will be adding quite a bit to my current 100% position.

The key is to get shares today, imo.

AAFES is too big to miss out on.

Enjoy the day !

b_m_i: The 25BB in A/S was not put there because "JF decided to". It's clear as day, and you know it too, that it was in DIRECT CONNECTION w/ the CC deal. Otherwise, why would it be in the same filing?

Read the thoughts on that from sire_333:

"Clause in this agreement states INSURANCE. GNF shall maintain the following insurance with an insurance carrier authorized to do business in the United States and having a rating of "A-" or better by A.M. Best Company and a Financial Size Category of at least Class VIII. Class VIII dictates that the company must have between 100-250 million statutory surplus (assests). I believe that is why GNF had to increase the a/s to 25 billion shares to qualify for the Class VIII financial size category."

You change your mind around here like the wind changes direction and everytime you do you post like your pounding the table as an all-knowing authoritative dictator. It's well lost its luster.

bmi let me prove that you are full of wind.

If for example and this is not going to happen, gzfx sold 25b to an investor for .01 what is that 250 million dollars

That is not happening and why did the european imvestor buy 100 million @.03 when the stock was @.01 hmmm

You are a flipper who sold and now is trying to get the pps down.

he or she who sells now will miss one hell of a ride

I think people can hold going into the sec filing because it is built into the pps already.

BMI you will be pumping this stock by the end of the week anyway so please just stop insulting our intelligence.

PS: you lost a lot of credibility when the aafes pr did not come out when you said it would.

Great post ! I couldn't agree with you more, basically I'm just waiting for the next pump up to get out - even with a small loss. I was a huge believer in this - even created my user name to reflect this. I feel nothing but dissapointment in the PPS, personally I feel there were other ways in which JF could've gotten funding other than the 25 billion a/s: which I absolutely believe will be the o/s by the end of the year.

There are so many other stocks doing great that I have made money on, it really just seems like my money is wasting sitting in GZFX.

I really think with any good news there will be sharing dumping. If the o/s was still 1.2 billion like Oct we would be at least .05 by now. Ah well such is life !
