b_m_i: The 25BB in A/S was not put there because "JF decided to". It's clear as day, and you know it too, that it was in DIRECT CONNECTION w/ the CC deal. Otherwise, why would it be in the same filing?

GNF shall maintain the following insurance with an insurance carrier authorized to do business in the United States and having a rating of "A-" or better by A.M. Best Company and a Financial Size Category of at least Class VIII. Class VIII dictates that the company must have between 100-250 million statutory surplus (assests). I believe that is why GNF had to increase the a/s to 25 billion shares to qualify for the Class VIII financial size category."
