Oil prices going down gives more people reason to sell and makes the shorters more tempted to short. It's no coincidence. Last time, in the winter when NG was $5+ was the last time CLNE tested the 8s, and as soon as oil went to $110 CLNE worked it's way to 11.50. Hopefully we can see some insider buying soon because it's going to be awhile before next earnings.
