This is nothing unusual. It allows the "investors" to lose interest and go away. Most were likely in for a fast buck, and slow is not attractive.
As for CEO Coleridge: A name on a piece of paper. There does seem to be a real person by that name but his involvement, I would guess was a very minimal thing. Figure Head is the descriptive term I would use. Also Coleridge is no longer , if ever, the controlling stock holder.
As for Coleridge conning Moreno , I would more readily believe the opposite. The large deposit, that was not completely returned, went to the Moreno company owners.
If you want to know who is running this, see if you can find out who got the 2,000,000 shares. These are the shares that available for sale now. And if you are careful in the selling, there is a good markup on these shares.
