Sweet..more patents, more protection from the copycats..nice find..pretty strange they are releasing all of these today...hmmmm wonder why..and only 45 minutes till APPLE speaks, if there is one utterance of liquidmetal look out.

Okay..I "scanned" this thing...it seems its about different combinations of alloys making a BMG.

I didn't see Titanium. It is in great detail as to the strengths of different alloy combinations.

I'm not sure what they are patenting.. I did see descriptions of combinations better suited

for jewelry. Is APPLE developing PATENTS for different alloyed BMGS????

The APPLE bell is ringing ! This excerpt tells me APPLE has "high end" in mind. Maybe watch cases ?

"Accordingly, a need exists to develop highly processable bulk solidifying amorphous alloys with high ductility, such as platinum rich compositions for jewelry applications. Although a number of different bulk-solidifying amorphous alloy formulations have been previously disclosed, none of these formulations have been reported to have the desired processability and improved mechanical properties, such as those desired in jewelry applications."


Still holding a 20% LQMT stake so I'd really like to see a little *pop* on expectations.

If not and PPS drops to low .20's again then reload with the .275 shares I sold eventually and wait a few months for an imminent contract announcement event and another PPS ride higher ^ = win-win !!

The thing is, usually someone is buying if the news is good because they *know* something that others don't....and that's not happening today.

Instead, there is a little sell off...
