Cleaned up the mess probably using $315,000 of laundered money syphoned from innocent retirees by Cloughlin. SEC is going to want all of the money that Cloughlin invested in GWTR back so that it can be returned to the victims he left behind. That might wind up with his shares being dumped on the open market. How will that affect the current GWTR share price ia anyones guess.
