check MVTG. I believe there will be a connection with MVTG, (Vancouver Canada, Teikron partnered, Patented Fuel Cell, formate feed stock...) when MVTG files their annual 9/1, now nt10k. A Promo for 9/8 was delayed until MVTG 10K filed, my quess.
