Guess Green Barron coverage delayed because 10k was delayed.

Yes, I am pretty sure Green Baron delayed it waiting on the MVTG 10-K to be issued first for obvious legal SEC reasons as part of the Green Barron report is likely to push good news in the pending 10-K annual. Thus we are probably delayed by the accounting firm and law firm dotting the I's in the 10-K and filing it.

We could be hours to a day or a few days away from the fireworks. Last years 10-K was filed Sept 13th. I think once the law firm has filled the 10-K we will see fireworks start with MVTG.
