Ahh very nice might see a boost in PPS, I believe that's why the company is trading so low because its been 'in the dark' and for so long. But now would be the cheap seats if you want to take the risk right now.
A banker friend made a comment to me I never considered before. It was that real banks would never even consider lending to a CA based corporation that is suspended by the Franchise Tax Board. Good thing toxic lenders exist!
