SEC Form 10-12/G to become a fully reporting company is being filed in the next several weeks.
Along with that 300 page form goes the past 2 years of audited financials which were completed by the auditors in August.
Immediately after SEC approval of the Form 10, MYEC will uplist to OTCQB.
