This information is already baked into the price per share. Why are you bringing it up now?

Because I don't believe it's already baked into the PPS.

I think when the company posts their 8K where they're giving 44M in stock to the CEO (or whoever), the stock market will not simply go "Oh, yeah, we already factored that in."

It'll go "Holy shit! 15% more stock is now in circulation!" and the PPS will go down.
