Expect some additional good news to be released in conjunction with the 8K. It is all about Market Cap. Manufacturing partner news could easily double the current Market Cap.

SunWorks was accretive dilution. It was an awesome deal and the overall company is much better as a result.

I would like to see executive compensation to not include such large shares of stock going forward to minimize future dilution . . .

Why do you torment yourself so?.......if your long....sell and move on based on all your concerns.....

If your considering a long position.....don't!......based on all your concerns.....

You ask question after question and expect longs to answer all your concerns.....

Your transparency is obvious, as your agenda is a dark one....

eazolan - I can appreciate your concern. However, I think Tommy John summed that up for you. For most of us here, Solar3d is a long term investment. You have obviously done a little DD on this company. They are solid. They have a new technology that is a game changer in the solar market and that is quite close to hitting the market. They have a CEO that is very successful, knowledgable, and well respected in the business world. Along with that,a world wide known and respected technology team. Oh yea, they also have an installation division that is hugely profitable and growing nicely. These are all things that one does not find very often in "pennyland".

What I am saying is this. don't "not see the forest because of the trees." This a fantastic opportunity, one not often found. It is an investment. In the long run dilution and/or stock splits will not matter. If you are in this for short term gratification and/or a quick return on you investment, maybe you should look to put your money into another stock.

I think you have been smart in investing in this opportunity. Sit back, relax and enjoy the journey (and your profits). Glad to have you here.
