beam11,all of these acquisitions were done with share's of commom stock,so would'nt these share's be affected by a r/s?I'am just trying to find reasons why there wont be a rs instead of the other way around.And i will look at form 10-KSB tomorrow,for what good it will do.I'am not very good at reading those long boring forms.But i agree,if i want answers,than i should try to find them.:)
