My opinion is, you are not going to find anything in the Articles of Incorporation which states "we are never going to reverse splits and we are only going to have forward splits". My opinion is, the officers are not going to discuss this with you, as this is always going to be an option of the officers and management's call. We have no choice in the matter, just as we have no choice in authorizing the shares. You can vote no, but the shares are going to increase.

Increasing the shares greater than we all expected, is necessary in management's opinion, and I am reasonable certain that we have covered and beaten to death most of the reason's why.

I believe that we will be hearing something within the next month which will enlighten us a little more about earnings.

Reverse splits do not devalue anyone's interest. I do not see this as a problem unless someone owns a minor interest.

I just wanted to put this out there, that this is not going to be spelled out for you in the documents provided to the stockholders. Since this is not in the documents for stockholders, you will not get an answer from the officers. The officers may project that Q1 earnings are a little better than 12/05, but that is all.

I just try not to worry about things I can not control and try to use good judgement in the things I can control.

ICgreen - I know and understand what you are saying. How can this be avoided? I do not know. I have thrown the question out there. Maybe tomorrow we can have some more research on this. I believe this is another reason why we we have another 5 billion shares. I am an accountant. I do not have all of the answers. I am certain that we have some bigger brains on board and lurking out there. Maybe Brewski will tell us tomorrow.
