F6: If IDCC had more than 57 million shares outstanding, I would agree with you, that $250/share is a crazy buyout price.

However, IDCC set that number for a reason and maybe half of that price per share offered gets a potential friendly buyer at least a meeting with the boys. A hostile company........Well good luck..IMHO
