What does that even mean 'speaking with Apple IP Counsel'? Does it mean that they are validating their tech does not infringe on Apple's patent? If that's the case are they working with someone else like Facebook or Amazon or Google who may have asked then to ensure with Apple there is no infringement. OR
Are they (EPGL) suggesting that they are working on a contract with Apple? They mentioned consumer electronics and social media, so seems more than just Apple here.
Also they suggested 'challenging the dominance of smart phone market'. To me if they are in a deal with Apple then all it means is leveraging smart phone technology and no getting around it.
Once COO development agreement was revealed I liked their reference earlier that now it was time to focus on work/development. I hope they are moving aggressively on this and other medical devices opportunity. I hope they stick to it and not worry about defending the share price. Investors bear the risk and reward mechanics and company has an obligation to keep investors informed, not necessarily all minutiae and giving away their play book, it's a competitive world !!!!
The wearable tech is getting flooded with all kinds of gadgets. We just need to eve understand what's the scope of what EPGL is pitching here.
Is there a conf call scheduled in the near future for EPGL? I feel like they need to speak to us directly like in years past and clarify without giving details?
For all we know even bigger boards are not just interested in just singing deals they look closely for the revenue opportunity and how soon. eg MNKD
I cannot wait for annual filings.
