Bacala

You write:

"I still don't see how this company can survive the distance without a major overhaul."

First thing you must do is open your eyes. Second thing is open your mind! Third is for you to start reading. Fourth thing for you to do is try to comprehend out why Dell, GTW, STX, INTC, BRCM, STM, ATML, and quite a few others are involved with Wave and what unique understanding and technology Wave has developed over the last 8-10 years, and why are the players that are interested in TC coming to Waves' doorstep!

Then you say:

"People go with who they know (wave who) not who might do a better job or which software bundle comes falling out of OEM's."

Who would you suggest? What companies have TPM management software? Why do you suppose Dell and Gateway have Waves' software bundled with their new notebooks? Could it be that Wave, for now, is the only game in town? Why do you suppose another software company hasn't developed software for TPM management that is interoperable across all TPM platforms?

But first you should open your eyes and mind!

Bacala, ETS is not yet a consumer product. So the advertising you are speaking of would be a much bigger waste than the waste you've percieved.

Before they do ads, the need to be in the PC box. Dell and Gateway have an incentive for selling ETS upgrades.
