Good question. I come up with the theory and explained to the board here before, but to make a long story short....Assume you own the company will you want to increase that much knowing its not good for the company? So... if you don't own the company... then since you ask why not ask for more. Right????...matter of fact why not ask for max out. Right???? This is like holding a gun point to the owner "institutions & largest investors" for more money.
