Thanks, I ask to learn. With that being the case why would this ever have been even put to a vote, the "company" certainly knows this also. As you alluded to they also have 300 million available to issue. Wouldnt they also know the 57 % would not vote to do this with the clause. I'm missing something. I don't get it. Why bring something to a vote if you know it will never go through whats the purpose of a move like that. Is it merely to bring the price down to par value so they can buy them back. SMH ( But of course I am not exactly the brightest bulb).
