I have an idée about having our own feedback loop about the progress the company is making; What I would like to do is to have some sort of progress meter that can help us in our expectations. But that will only work if TZ is willing to participate.

For example I would give an progress number from 1 to 5 on each Near Term Event; see below. Number 1 is 'very far off' and 5 is 'done deal/awaiting PR'
