I want to argue your post, but I have no ammo...Amarin had no idea the FDA would or could tank them. After two months of no OB update it was clear something was up. After the Fuson Petition it was clear the FDA was intensionally being malicious and not just bureaucratically incompetent.

I'm not sure anyone could have saved Amarin from Oct 16th...the fix was in after Amarin didn't take the low ball offer in 2012.

Yes, a more experience CEO could have made something out of January meeting Ajax conjured up with his charm and influence...JT just read the tea leaves wrong. I've heard nothing but good things about him since...

I can't blame the victim and Amarin was violently penetrated after BP could get them cheap.

Agree, hopes of any BO or BP partnership has been obliterated by the actions of the FDA...that's scary shit! FDA was flat out an accomplice in Antitrust violations.

Been saying this for quit sometime.

Changing management will not fix the FDA root of the problem.
