Ironic. . .that you would accuse me of being on La Jolla's bandwagon. And, you seem to have changed your opinion on the ability to box shares. . .

"You must be crazy there is not a single scenario Coastie posted where La Jolla would make a dime off this financing if the company goes under. There are no options and no chance to box shares. Death spiral financing talk is just bashing with no logic period. Has nothing to do with the reasons La Jolla invested."
