ShizlDizl -- not to be negative or question King Shiznit, but I figured taking down the website was part of the SEC clean up as it said "New website coming" which had been there for way to long.
If Buckman took over the same day as the SEC judgement wouldn't it need to be disclosed to the stock holders right away?
