If that was true then everyone should be in the stock not out of it. And that is not the case. There will be a time when there is no longer a nose dive (.24 cents level is an example). Those nose dive days are LONG GONE.
I know, been there done that. I am just scratching my head at the lack of a PR pump. People could be jumping in now for the speculation but the fact that this has been at .24 for weeks and nobody wanted any until the last half hour of trading makes you wonder. They the smart money trades late in the day, let's hope.
