New Staffers for Hannover House to Support Accounting, VODwiz, Internet and Sales Activities

As release activities and ventures grow for independent film distributor Hannover House, Inc. (OTC: HHSE), the company has responded with four new staff hires, already in effect.

Regina Hurst is assisting with the accounting and audit compliance reporting for the company, working under the direction of HHSE President Fred Shefte, and in cooperation with staff bookkeeper Daniel Ackerman. Regina has six years of accounting management experience, including payroll, participation reporting and payables management.

Caitlin McKenzie is working in Sales Administration and Marketing, with direct reporting to VP of Sales Tom Sims. Caitlin is a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas, where she majored in Journalism and performed editorial services for the Arkansas Traveler publication. Currently, Caitlin is working with Sims full-time on assembling masters and meta-data elements for the company's multi-studio, VODwiz portal venture.

Katherine Mills is assisting with the organization and coordination of film and video production activities for Hannover House, under the supervision of C.E.O. Eric Parkinson. Katherine is currently working with the producers of "Dinosaurs of the Jurassic" and "Championship Soccer" and will move on next month to assist with four major feature productions already underway.

Mitsi McKee is handling the upgrade of the Hannover House corporate website, including the addition of fifty new titles, trailers for key releases, and a "business-to-business" portal to enable Hannover House retailers and wholesalers to directly access important title listing information and art. Mitsi was previously the senior web developer at noted internet marketing firm, Rockfish.

"We are very pleased to have added these key staffers to the Hannover House team," said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. "There's so much activity and opportunity for the company that we needed help to complete our tasks and achieve our potential. We considered a large number of applicants for these positions and feel that we have found four very talented individuals."

Additionally, the company has expanded its relationship with key third-party suppliers. Packaging Designer Jon McCallum (Oleum Rain Studios), will be handling the DVD, Blu-Ray and Disc Art requirements for thirty-two new releases on the immediate Hannover House slate. Authoring Designer Michael Conroy (DVD Mike) has just completed the mastering of eight new releases for Hannover House, and has been pegged to handle the mastering for thirty-one of the company's next thirty-two DVD / Blu-Ray releases (the February 10, 2015 DVD and Blu-Ray release of Redbull's "On Any Sunday: The Next Chapter" is being mastered directly by Redbull).

Hannover House was established in 1993 as a book publisher, with a DVD product line added in 2002. During the past 12 years, Hannover House has released over 150 titles to the home video market in North America, and has added theatrical, television and video-on-demand activities over the years as title demands would merit. The company’s film and television library now has over 250 titles.

In addition to the core release activities of Hannover House in the entertainment packaged goods market, the company has successfully expanded into the international marketplace, with a robust launch and booth presence this year at the Cannes Film Festival and Marche Du Film, and a booth presence at the upcoming American Film Market in Santa Monica. The company's proprietary video-on-demand portal, VODwiz.com, will launch to consumers in the next few weeks, expanding beyond the beta-test site and rolling out with more than 2,500 titles (most of which are being provided through twelve participating supplier studios). The company's international sales and financing activities are being handled through the recently launched Medallion International Pictures division, which has been designed by Hannover House as a financing vehicle and releasing label for higher-end, theatrical programming. The VODwiz website and IPTV venture has been described by the Media Analyst Group as "the Netflix of independent studios" based on the business model of offering movies for streaming both under a "pay-per-transaction" basis, as well as through a monthly subscription model.

Existing, key retail accounts for Hannover House consumer packaged products include Walmart Stores, Inc., Redbox, Netflix, Barnes & Noble and thousands of independent video retailers, schools, libraries and booksellers. The company also sells entertainment products to a wide range of internet sites, and services most major video-on-demand portals. The company has been profitable for each of the past eighteen quarters, and feels that the 2014 and 2015 new activities will significantly increase both revenues and bottom line results.
