PPHMP is an overwhelming favorite for the next round of financing. I only throw a PIPE out there because they did something similar when they were waiting for the HCC data. Another PPHMP block will allow things to keep trucking along slowly and the ESPP to reset at a 15% discount to the closing price on November 1.
