May be finally correct. They need to raise money soon to keep the coffers full.

Don't see a PIPE and don't know why any long would throw it out there especially if the PIPE is being offered below the pps of the ATM or the $1.75 where the pps was when we did preferred offering.

So, either ATM sales or another PPHMP sale. If you insist on a PIPE then it would have to be at a premium which is hard to see.
