Not sure what patients' right have to do with Pharmajanes.
Maybe the issue is even more of a problem for AEGY. Maybe they have not filed finacials or a notification of late filing for a reason.
If their filing (if they ever resume filing financials) does not show any revenue, yet there are claims that they are selling products for dispensaries, the company could get shut down again by regulators. There may be additional questions about their business operations requiring regulators to protect investors and the public like the 10 day SEC suspension involved.
