Not really. Rohan and his family own the Marley Coffee brand; if they really believed in JAMN, wouldn't they just sell the name to JAMN? No; there's a reason that they want to keep the brand to themselves.

Remember - JAMN doesn't have any real assets. They don't own land. They don't own property. They don't own the Marley Coffee name. Rohan could easily just go to a company like Mother Parkers and have them brew his coffee. So why doesn't he do that? By making a public company, he has found an outside source to fund the processing without having to put up the money himself.
