Whatever happened to the Greenwood fighting-fund?

The reason given for 'acquiring' Greenwood was that it generated cash flow from its annual profits. That cash was to be used to develop the company and defend its patents.

Remember what Ron Carter said at the time:

"This acquisition brings significant revenues and profits to our company. In 2013, we believe the company will grow its development, manufacturing, and licensing of recent patents with a goal for distribution as well.

Well none of that ever happened.

The 'acquisition' looked good in theory but turned out, in practice, to be just a way to raise the stock price by 71%. Follow this link for a good summary
