Fighting big corporations with little or no resources is challenging. Sometimes ownership means nothing when high end lawyers make it impossible to claim ownership. Seems that hurdled has been cleared now waiting for results from our firm. JnJ claimed to own a patent and lost in a big way recently, if it can happen to them with all their fancy lawyers it can happen again. To be continued!!!!
