That should be your first clue.

The second one should be how many shares are actually available to short.

And lastly....anyone that tells you to use IB to short a subpenny piece of garbage has never actually tried it through IB.

But if you think IB is some hidden revelation you have discovered....

It isn't and you haven't.

So to short a million shares of a penny stock @ $.01 it would cost @2,500,00.00 to make how little money?!?!?!

Even if you waited for it to go from .01 to .0001, that is only $9,900 (less than .4%).

You could make more money in a bank account.
