A problem here is " cultivate, or distribute medical marijuana and THAT HAS A STOREFRONT or mobile retail outlet which ordinarily requires a local business license. "
I think a big part of the Defense may be that it has yet to be determined whether or not it does have a storefront or their services are not tied to this law because PharmaJanes is connecting customers to storefronts.
...I dont know but, apparently this is not an open and shut case as you keep implying,,it's not a settled case yet, and I'm sure the defense is doing their homework.
