Wasn't saying he was a doctor doctor just that can be his title but for the amount schooling it takes I think it's a deserving title

Just to clear up any uncertainty about pharmacists.
Speaking as a retired pharmacist. I can definitely tell you that a pharmacist has a bachelor of science degree and is NOT a doctor in any sense of the word.
A pharmacist can further pursue his education and get his doctorate in pharmacy and the title of DOCTOR OF PHARMACY.
