Revlis: So far nothing has been filed about changing the ZTE trial scheduled for the week of Oct 20.

I also think that IDCC has a better chance against ZTE with four asserted patent rather than two, including the '966 and '847 patents for which IDCC previously received some favorable claim construction from CAFC.
