This is all ancient history. Did a meeting between Amarin and the FDA occur?...probably... Did the FDA offer to reverse the recission of the SPA at that time?... probably not... Would Amarin have agreed to a reversal of the recission with the granting of Anchor accompanied by certain qualifications, such as the successful conclusion of R-IT, and with a label stating the reduction CVD events with Vascepa has not yet been proven?...probably...In the next month we will find out whether the FDA and Amarin can work together for the benefit of patients.
