I can't open the link you sent, but it seems Bloomberg has the same article from 18 Mar 2013. We have had an IND number for 18 months...we are waiting on approval.

Is this how it works for other co on otcbb getting their FDA approval announcement soon after? Some news hit on this webpage before the actual announcement? If this is how it works or something no one has seen before.

No. That is a link to the pr from last year when the FDA gave bmsn the ind number after the company submitted the application. Nothing to see here
