The company/person that filed the form 3 doest appear to be toxic. I searched around ihub and the web and its just a local real-estate/ general contractor company. Who knows maybe the guy was paid with shares to remodel a home.... Either way its not convertible debt so the higher the stock price goes would benefit this guy.
