Delays have been the fault of the FDA requesting more questions ?!?

C'mon guy you are kidding me, right.
If they wanna have something approved to test or use it with humans it's the job of the co. to completely explain what they wanna get approved. Not the job of the FDA.

If they had done this job correctly, there would have been no further questions from the FDA.
BTW a few posts back you see that others have done it in just 1 month?
