It may not be relevant to you, but investors have a right to know where the CJTF mining claims came from. And, they have a right to know more about the guy that provided the ore estimates using methods that the BLM has declared to be fraudulent.

You just said that you don't know if the ore estimates that Fred has are the same as Erickson. You can't prove that they are the same, or if they are fradulent. You are just going off of what Shumaker said. Nothing can definitively prove that they are fraudulent estimates.
