If i were you i wouldnt wait.Money is not a problem. They dont want to put it in here they want to move it up to .30 plus and then put it in. They are very aware of the dilution factor.Once they hit oil it wont matter. You are dealing with some very smart people in tgc they all came from ioc . By the time they do the financing you will be looking at a .30 stock in TGC and a .70 to .80 henc
