Company to Cut Ribbon On New Facilities, Public Invited to Tour Warehouse

LINDON, Utah, August 29, 2014 - Profire Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFIE), a technology company which creates, installs and services burner management systems and other combustion technologies for the oil and gas industry, will be hosting its annual shareholder meeting on September 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m MDT. The shareholder meeting will be held at Profire's headquarters in Lindon, Utah, and is open only to shareholders of the company. Beneficial owners of the Company’s stock are invited to vote through their respective broker.

The schedule for the event is as follows (all times MDT):
10:00 a.m. – Shareholder Meeting
10:30 a.m. – Public Open House
11:00 a.m. – Ribbon Cutting: ribbon to be “cut” (burned) by Profire’s new flare-stack igniter
11:15 a.m. – Lunch and Raffle

The subsequent open house will allow visitors to tour corporate offices, meet employees, and see the company's products demonstrated by Profire representatives.

Personnel Expansion

The Company has begun expanding its marketing efforts by recently hiring Mr. Clayton Bird to manage the department. Mr. Bird will be responsible for managing marketing analysis, strategy and implementation Company-wide, emphasizing its North America markets.
