Mr. David G. Gwyther served as the Chief Executive Officer of American Green, Inc. since November 10, 2011 and also served as its President. Mr. Gwyther served as the Chief Financial Officer, Principle Accounting Officer, Treasurer and Secretary at American Green, Inc. since January 6, 2012. He was responsible for business development, corporate, and investor relations of American Green. His main focus involved investor and corporate relations and the development of a working plan to monetize American Green's current technology assets held within its American Green division. He joined American Green from Portland, Oregon. He was a lobbyist representing both political and business interests in Oregon. He worked as a stock broker at Wedbush, Paulson Investments, and National Securities from 1980 to 1989. From 1990 to 2004, he worked at Blackwell Donaldson as an Investment Banker. He garnered extensive experience as a successful entrepreneur in multiple fields including publishing, consulting, lobbying, and magazine distribution. Mr. Gwyther has been the Chairman of American Green, Inc. since June 2014.
