I'd rather see it next week. I think it would have been out by now anyone. The attorney still needs to review it anyway.

The best time to release the news is DURING trading hours on Tuesday or whenever, not before or after trading hours in order to avoid too much of gap up that will likely need to be filled.

I'm waiting on news like patience on a monument.
